4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered
The product packaging is severely damaged

Important Conditions

Customers must share clear images/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide:
