All prices displayed on the website are in INR (₹). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeline mentioned on the website. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product packaging is severely damaged

Important Conditions

  • Customers must share clear images/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Images should be emailed to: puffveda@gmail.com
  • After verification, we will provide:
    • Replacement product, OR
    • Refund to the original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
